Eric Collin
Thirty years ago, Eric began his career in construction. Since then, he has built thousands of homes under his general contracting license. During his career, he has worked under some of the largest home developers in Florida leading multifamily, production homes, and building entire neighborhood developments. He began Collin Builders over 17 years ago where he has primarily focused on high end residential custom homes while completing several commercial jobs. Eric got his start in construction working summer jobs out in the field with his father. This would later lead him to get a degree in construction management from the University of Florida. He is enjoying the opportunity to transfer his knowledge to his family so Collin Builders can continue to build for future generations. On his time off, you can find him rain or shine fishing and diving outside the Boynton inlet.
Keith McNeal
As a senior project manager at Collin Builders Keith is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of work on the jobsite. He has a bachelor degree in Construction Management from Everglades University. During his 30 years in construction, he has obtained his certified building contractors license. One of his favorite things about specializing in custom residential is the variety in projects and different challenges. When he is not on the jobsite he can be found enjoying a nice game of golf on the weekends.
